How long will it take to get my order?

Because all our engraving and customisation is done locally in-house, we aim to dispatch most orders within 5 business days of receiving your final artwork approval. For larger club orders or highly customised items, processing can take up to 10 business days. Please note that this does not include courier transit times, which vary depending on your location in Australia.

Do you accept urgent or rush orders?

Absolutely! We know that sometimes a presentation creeps up on you. If you need your trophies or medals sooner than our standard 5 to 10-day turnaround, please give us a call before placing your order online. We will do everything we can to fast-track your job and organise express shipping.

What if I make a spelling mistake on my engraving details?

We engrave exactly what is provided to us, so we always recommend double-checking your spelling before submitting your order! If you spot a mistake after your order has arrived, get in touch with our team. While we can't offer free replacements for customer errors, we will happily organise a replacement plate or item for you at a discounted rate. If the error was made on our end, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Can I use my club or company logo on the awards?

Yes! We can add custom logos to a wide range of our products, including medals, glass awards, and presentation cups. For the best engraving and printing results, we ask that you provide your logo in a high-resolution format (such as an EPS, PDF, or high-quality JPEG/PNG).

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Whether you need a single custom corporate award for an employee of the month or 500 medals for a weekend sports carnival, we can sort you out. We handle orders of all sizes with the same level of care and attention.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, if you are local, you are more than welcome to pick up your order directly from our showroom to save on shipping costs. Just select the 'Click & Collect' or 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your awards are ready to collect.
