Shipping Policy
At Creative Trophies, we know that your presentation dates are set in stone, and we are committed to getting your awards to you on time. Because all our trophies, medals, and corporate awards are carefully engraved and assembled locally, we require dedicated time to prepare your order to our high standards.
Shipping Fees
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 Australia-wide. Orders over $400 automatically qualify for free shipping!
Processing & Dispatch Times
Our local team does everything possible to process, engrave, and ship your products within 5 business days of receiving your order and final artwork approval.
However, because every award is unique, some orders may take up to 10 business days to dispatch. This extended timeframe typically applies if:
You are placing a high-volume order (e.g., end-of-season awards for a large sporting club).
Your order includes highly complex customisation, such as custom acrylics or intricate logo engraving.
We need to order specific raw materials or stock from our Australian suppliers to fulfill your request.
Transit Times
Please note that our 5 to 10-day processing window refers to the time it takes to dispatch your order from our facility. It does not include the time it takes for the courier to deliver the package to your door.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia and the shipping method you select at checkout (Standard or Express). Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
