These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products from our website. By placing an order with us, you are entering into a distance selling contract and agreeing to the terms outlined below. With 30 years of experience serving the Australian community, we always strive to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible.

This website is owned and operated by NJOY Enterprise Pty. Ltd. t/a Creative Trophies (ABN: 24 657 869 853).
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
We accept secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
Full payment must be received before we begin processing or engraving your order.
Customisation and Artwork Approvals
The majority of our awards, including medals, corporate glass, and custom acrylics, are personalised. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all names, titles, dates, and spelling are correct before submitting an order.
We engrave exactly what is provided to us. We do not offer free replacements for customer typos or errors, but we will gladly work with you to provide replacement plates at a discounted rate.
By uploading a club or company logo, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to use that trademark or image.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 across Australia. Orders over $400 qualify for free standard delivery.
Our local team aims to dispatch standard orders within 5 business days, though larger or highly complex orders may take up to 10 business days to process.
Once dispatched, transit times are handled by our courier partners. We cannot be held liable for courier delays, but we will assist you in tracking your delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a ‘change of mind’ on custom-engraved items.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly engraved due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a prompt replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creative Trophies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery.
