How to Claim Your Price Match

Claiming our price match is easy. Just follow these simple steps before you place your order:

Find a Cheaper Price: Locate the identical product on an Australian competitor’s website or get a formal written quote.

Check the Total Cost: Make sure the competitor’s final price includes all the extras, such as engraving, logo setup fees, GST, and shipping costs.

Get in Touch: Email us at [Insert Email Address] with a link to the competitor’s webpage or attach their official quote.

We Match It: Our local team will review your request within one business day. Once approved, we will process your order at the matched price!

Price Match Terms & Conditions

To ensure our Price Match Guarantee is fair, the following conditions apply:

Australian Businesses Only: The competitor must be a registered Australian business with a valid ABN and ship from within Australia.

Identical Items: The product must be exactly the same, including the brand, model, size, colour, and material.

In Stock: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

Apples for Apples: The price comparison must account for the total cost. This includes the product price, plus any engraving charges, setup fees, GST, and delivery fees to your location.

Exclusions: We do not price match against clearance, liquidation, or discontinued stock. We also exclude wholesale prices, trade quotes, or prices from auction and marketplace sites (such as eBay or Gumtree).

We reserve the right to decline a price match if it falls below our cost price, but we will always do our absolute best to look after you and your budget!
